Shane's Comments: If you are looking for a large tract of land with every kind of hunting only 1 hour from St. Louis area this is it. The sellers only duck hunt, maybe 1-2 times a year, and there are thousands of ducks and geese that use this property every year and it isn't even set up for waterfowl yet. The sellers have already checked on the property being enrolled in WRP and that will pay out over $500,000 if the buyer decides to enroll it. The whitetail hunting has been managed for mature deer and the trail pics show the results. There are over 5 established food plots for a total of about 15 acres and there could be more food left on the tillable. If you would build gated structures and flood corn or millet for ducks and geese the waterfowl hunting would never end, I have hunted this farm in 2009 for ducks and it was amazing how many ducks were landing on this property.
More pics coming.
